Return to the Beach
Long story short, the beach situation is working itself out. No one wants to sell, but everyone wants to sell. There are issues with the ceiling and the septic tank. Any way, its going to be just fine. I got my way.

I haven't checked your blog in quite a while...I'm the one who wrote you a million questions about the area you live in. So nice to see what you've done with the place, I'll be checking in more often now :)
